Day 1: Airport – Srinagar
Our services will start with your arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to Srinagar pride of the beautiful valley of Kashmir famous for its lakes dotted with Shikara’s and the Mughal Gardens. Transfer to an ultra-luxury Houseboat. Evening proceed for Shikara Ride. Overnight at Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
After breakfast enjoy full day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) & Chashme Shahi.
Visit Pari Mahal also called The Fairies’ Abode which is a seven terraced garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range over-looking city of Srinagar and south-west of Dal Lake and enjoy stunning 360 degree views of Srinagar valley. Evening drive back to Houseboat/Hotel. Overnight at Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar – Sonamarg
After breakfast checkout & proceed driving towards Sonamarg, “MEADOWS OF GOLD”. The blooming valley has been chiseled over the ages by the mighty Indus river. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonamarg. Check into your hotel and later visit Thajiwas Glacier and enjoy a pony ride on the vast expanse of snow. Overnight at Sonamarg.
Day 4: Sonamarg (The Re-Oxygenation Experience)
After breakfast, gear up for a drive to Zojila pass halfway. The Zojila pass connects Srinagar to Kargil and Leh and is one of the most scenic drives in the country. Enjoy snow walls on both sides of the road, herds of sheep in the middle of traffic, army convoys, full swollen and cold Sindhu river flowing past and the mesmerizing essence of the Kashmiri pine trees enroute. Enjoy the real re-oxygenation experience. Overnight at Sonamarg.
Day 5: Sonamarg – Gulmarg
After breakfast Check-out and proceed driving towards Gulmarg where you will proceed for check-in.
Gulmarg (Meadow of Gold) – It was discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century. Prior to that, Mughal emperors vacationed in the Gulmarg valley which is about 03 kms long and up-to 01 km wide. It is exquisitely situated in a pine surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level and one of the most famous tourist destinations of Kashmir. It also has one of the world’s highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse, which is a historical building in its own right. Overnight at Gulmarg.
Day 6: Gulmarg
After breakfast enjoy Gondola ride or Horse ride (at own cost) at Gulmarg. For a fun-filled ride of a most unusual kind, Gulmarg’s newly constructed gondola lift from high above Gulmarg, through pine-clad slopes is exhilarating. From Gulmarg a pony track leads upwards to Khillanmarg, Kongdoori & seven springs, a couple of hours by pony longer on foot. Overnight at Gulmarg.
Day 7: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (Saffron and Cheese experience)
After early breakfast check out from hotel and drive to the Valley of Shepherds, Pahalgam. Enroute you will have a rare opportunity to visit the Saffron fields and buy original saffron without adulteration. Also visit the old and vintage Himalayan Cheese factory at Pahalgam and bite into some Goudas and Mozarellas made locally but in Dutch style. Arrive and proceed to your hotel. Overnight at Pahalgam.
Day 8: Pahalgam
After breakfast, explore nearby surroundings on your own. One can do Pony ride and cover few breathtaking views locally. One can also go sightseeing of Aru Valley & Chandanwadi (at own cost – only cars operated by locals are allowed). Option to explore the local markets. Overnight at Pahalgam.
Day 9: Pahalgam – Srinagar
After breakfast Check out from Hotel & Transfer to Srinagar. Enroute have an opportunity to visit Pulwama district, where the famous Kashmiri willows are used to manufacture cricket bats. Stop by the famous dhaba for a sumptuous lunch. Arrive & proceed to Hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at Srinagar
Day 10: Srinagar
After breakfast, visit Manasbal lake and local markets to buy local handicrafts, the famous rajma etc. Evening visit Dal Lake for a Chaat stint. End your day with a sumptuous dinner. Overnight at Srinagar.
Day 11: Departure
Say bye to Kashmir and depart back home.
