Day 01: Prague

Arrive at Ruzyne International airport and transfer to your hotel in Prague city.

The Golden Prague the capital of the Czech republic is identified by numerous names City of a Hundered Spires”, “Golden Ship on Vitaya or “The Heart of Europe” It welcomes every tourist with its Romansque, Gothic, Baroque and Classictics edifices. Prague is also the city of artists, one of the most magical places in the world that enchants everyone with its charm and atmosphere. Afterall, it was shaped and built, among others by alchemists and astrologers.

Day 02: Prague

After breakfast tour of Prague city including monumental complex of the Hradcany Castle with the St. Vitus Cathedral, the largest in Europe, the Golden Lane with the house where Kafka lived, the baroque church of Loretto. We continue with Mala Strana which spreads out before you with splendid buildings, baroque palaces and gardens. The city sightseeing takes you by the unique 600 – years-old Charles Bridge with Gothic Towers and baroque statues to the old Jewish district presenting the well-preserved 15th century Jewish cemetery, synagogues and museums. Then you go to the Old Town Hall with its famous 14th century Astronomical Clock, St. Nicholas Church. Next walk to the Wenceslas Square with the statue of St. Wencellas.

Evening enjoy the famous Black Light Theatre show. You could say that the cradle of black theater was, according to legends, ancient China’s Ming dynasty Liang syn during the reign of Emperor Vang-pang. In the legend says, “Unfortunate emperor who had killed his son and he who joins himself to his death hard.” At that time it belonged among the magicians of the court a certain Mang – ti. This achieved through light and darkness, the contrast of black and dark room by calling (drama) evoking the son of the emperor.

The path of this art went from China to Europe later. The principle of black theater that unfolded and continuous improvement was better or worse adapted for shows of various artists, magicians, jugglers and magicians. This technique settled in the Czech Republic and continues to evolve for more than half a century

Day 03: Prague

After breakfast departure for a full-day excursion to Karlovy Vary, the world-famous spa town. The world-famous spa town of Carlsbad, situated in a picturesque, forested valley is known or its 12 thermal springs. Upon arrival, visit the glass exhibition at the MOSER Factory. Then, as you stroll through the town along the spa colonnades, you will have a chance to sip the water from the mineral springs and taste the delicious local wafers and the traditional herbal Becherovka liqueur. Return back to Prague

Day 04: Vienna

Morning transfer from Prague to Vienna.

Vienna, also described as Europe’s cultural capital, is a metropolis with unique charm, vibrancy and flair. It boasts outstanding infrastructure, is clean and safe, and has all the inspiration that you could wish for in order to discover this wonderful part of Europe.

Day 05: Vienna

After breakfast depart on a city tour.

The tour will give you an overall impression of the most significant historical sights of Vienna. Along the Ringstrasse we show you numerous grand buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the magnificent Museum of Fine Arts with its world famous art treasures of the Habsburgs and the Natural History Museum, the cultural district the MuseumsQuartier, the Hofburg (the former Habsburg winter residence), the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. The highlight of this tour will be a visit of the showrooms of Schönbrunn Palace, once the summer residence of the Habsburg family and home of Maria Theresia. On the way back to the opera we pass by the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen, which houses the largest and the most precious Gustav Klimt collection in the world.

Day 06: Vienna

Today enjoy an excursion to the Vienna woods

This half-day excursion shows you the most beautiful sights of the southern part of Vienna Woods.

We’ll pass the Roman City of Baden – famous for its thermal springs; then we drive through the romantic Valley Helenental to the former Mayerling Hunting Lodge. You’ll visit the memorial chapel where Crown Prince Rudolph, together with Baroness Vetsera, died tragically in 1889.

In the 12th Century Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz, you visit the medieval cloister which houses the remains of the last of the Babenbergers. We then pass the Höldrichsmühle and arrive at the Seegrotte for a boat ride on the largest subterranean lake in Europe.

Day 07: Budapest

Transfer to Budapest.

Often described as the “Little Paris of Middle Europe”, Budapest is famous not only for the monuments reflecting its own 1,000-year-old culture, but also for the relics of others who settled here. Remains from both Roman occupation and much later ruled by the Turks can still be seen in the city. After the Ottoman Empire the union with Austria has a particular influence on the city’s form and style.

The capital has two sides, Buda and Pest, stretching along the banks of the Danube, representing two different characters of the city. Suburban Buda and its historic castle district offer medieval streets and houses, museums, caves and Roman ruins. The dynamic Pest side boasts the largest parliament building in Europe, riverside promenades, flea markets, bookstores, antique stores and café houses.

Day 08: Budapest

After breakfast depart on a city tour. Passing by the Parliament we cross the Danube through the Margaret-Bridge(Margaret-Island) and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side, where we visit the Fishermen’s Bastion (Promenade) and the Matthias Church after we climb to the Gellért Hill (Photo stop), we cross Elisabeth-Bridge and drive towards Hero’s Square (Promenade). Passing by the Opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica with tour ending in the city centre

Day 09: Budapest

Full day excursion of  The Danube Bend tour – an excursion into Hungary’s history – we take you to Visegrád, the former Royal Residence and to Esztergom (Center of the Catholic Church) – after the interior visit of the Cathedral and Lunch we carry on to the Baroque Artists’ Village Szentendre (guided walk) – we visit the magnificent Caprice Hungarian Jewelry Center – coffee and soft drinks – return to Budapest on the Danube by boat / bus – the tour ends at the Pier/City Centre.

Transfer to the airport for final departure
